Day 2-Stand Firm in your Faith

In this world we will have trouble and there will be many things that come against every single person that declares their Love of God.  This is where the importance of Faith will go the distance. 

The scripture says, “Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong”. 1 Corinthians 16:13

This particular verse is short and powerful.  I observed these three things:

• Be on your Guard- As Christian’s we must realizes that because of who we serve the enemy will come against must testing us to see what will a child of God do?  That’s why in the spirit we must always recognize when the test is in play. The enemy will use anything or anyone to see if you will go outside the will of God.

• Stand Firm in the Faith- We must have the thought on our mind daily that “For God I live and for God I die”.  We must not waver in our Faith because without Faith it is impossible to please God.

• Be Courageous and strong- Be courageous, we have to be courageous in our Faith and step out and do some things that we couldn’t or wouldn’t do without Faith.  To get something different sometimes you have to do something different.  Sow a seed, bless someone’s life, stand up for what you believe knowing that you serve a God that sent Jesus his son who died for us  on the cross, rose from the dead and got up with all power in his hand.  So that is all the strength and courage we need.  Tap into the Faith we have that or Father has ALL POWER in his hand.
